Terms and Conditions

  • All bookings will be confirmed only after 100% payment is received. We do not hold or confirm any booking without full payment.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip by the customer will be the sole responsibility of the customer, and the cost of repair or replacement shall be borne by the customer.
  • Consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or any prohibited substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • Air conditioning (AC) will be switched off during travel in hilly or ghat regions, as it is mandatory for vehicle safety and performance.
  • Customers are informed that hotel accommodations in hill stations may not include air conditioning, as it is not standard in such locations.
  • For scheduled trips (planned in advance): Payment must be completed at least 30 days before the departure date.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer.
  • Price remains fixed if booking is made 30 days or more before departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, prices may vary due to availability, demand, or other conditions. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking and full payment.
  • Pricing Fluctuations that prices are subject to change due to fuel surcharges, tax increases, or currency fluctuations until the final payment is made.
  •   If the customer requests any changes to the itinerary (such as hotel, travel dates, or services), the price may vary depending on availability and updated costs.
  • Any additional charges or revised pricing will be informed and must be approved by the customer before confirming the changes.
  • If there are significant changes to the trip (such as major itinerary changes or service differences), customerswill be informed in advance and may choose to accept the changes.
  • Changes may happen due to factors like weather, traffic, or operational reasons, and we will try our best to provide suitable alternatives.
  • Some tours may include adventure activities (such as trekking, water sports, etc.). By booking with us, customers understand and accept that these activities involve certain risks, and they participate at their own responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal luggage, valuables, or belongings during the trip. Customers are advised to take care of their items at all times.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to carry valid ID proof, passport, visa, and any required documents for the trip. We are not responsible for any issues caused due to missing or incorrect documents.
  • Customers must ensure they are physically and medically fit for the tour. Any existing medical conditions should be informed to us in advance. We are not responsible for health issues during the trip.
  • Customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all guidelines during the trip. If any customer’s behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others, we reserve the right to remove them from the tour without any refund.
  • Please note, GST once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation / modification. You can claim the GST amount as adjustment against Income Tax payable at the time of filing the return of income.
  • Cancellation charges shown is exclusive of all taxes and taxes will be added as per applicable.
  •  Once the trip has started, if any changes occur due to natural disasters, weather conditions, or government rules/policies, the company will not be responsible for disruptions to the itinerary.
  • In such situations, no refund will be provided for the unused or affected part of the trip.
  • Changes may happen due to factors like weather, traffic, or operational reasons, and we will try our best to provide suitable alternatives.
